Easy Brown Sugar Baked Acorn Squash

We are into Fall so I thought I would share a simple squash recipe.

You will need... One Acorn Squash, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 2 Tab butter, Dash of cinnamon... Preheat oven to 400.. Carefully cut squash in half scrap out seeds and rinse... Use any lightly sprayed baking dish the two halves will fit into... Drop in the butter, brown sugar and sprinkle a bit of cinnamon over squash... Pour a half cup of water into the dish cover with foil and bake 30-40 minutes then uncover and bake 35 more minutes...
